STARS ON ICE TELECAST FEATURES REUNION OF U.S. OLYMPIC BRONZE MEDAL FIGURE SKATING TEAM

Meryl Davis and Charlie White returned from the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, with the United States’ first ice dancing gold medal in history. Now America will get a front row seat as Davis and White, along with their bronze medal winning teammates from the inaugural Olympic figure skating team event, reunite in a special broadcast from the 2014 Stars on Ice post-Olympic tour. The one-hour special will air nationally on NBC, Sunday, April 13th at 3:00 PM, followed by the broadcast of the 2014 World Figure Skating Championships from Saitama, Japan.

A past recipient of three Emmy Awards, and one ACE Cable Award (Best Sports Special), this Stars on Ice TV special will rekindle the spirit and passion of the Olympics by reuniting the bronze medal winning U.S. Figure Skating team. In addition to Davis and White, fans will see performances by two-time U.S. champion Ashley Wagner, 2014 U.S. champion Gracie Gold, four-time and reigning U.S. champion Jeremy Abbott, 2014 U.S. silver medalist Jason Brown, and 2014 U.S. silver medalist Polina Edmunds.

Recorded during the April 6th Stars on Ice tour performance at the Amway Center in Orlando, FL, the TV special will also serve as a preview for the 2014 Stars on Ice post-Olympic tour that began its 20-city run in Fort Myers, FL on April 4 and culminates in Seattle, WA on May 18.
