All tickets purchased through the venue ticket offices and official Stars on Ice ticket agencies have been refunded to the original payment method. If you have not received a refund, please email [email protected] with your purchase details (name of purchaser, show city, how/where the tickets were purchased) and we will be happy to follow up.

Will there be any Stars on Ice shows in 2020?
Currently, all Stars on Ice shows in 2020 have been cancelled. However, pending COVID-19 updates, there is a possibility of limited shows later this year.
When will information about the 2021 Stars on Ice tour be announced? Will presale tickets be available?
Plans are currently underway for the 2021 Stars on Ice tour, however, details cannot be finalized due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Please check back for upcoming tour announcements regarding tour schedule, cast and presale tickets.
How can I purchase programs from past Stars on Ice shows?

Is there a Stars on Ice music CD available?
A Stars on Ice music CD is not available at this time.
How can I get a backstage pass?
Due to strict security policies, backstage passes are not available for any Stars on Ice figure skating shows.
What is the policy for bringing cameras to the show?
Stars on Ice policy is no flash photography, however digital cameras and video cameras WITHOUT FLASH are permitted. Non-flash cameras with lenses less than 70mm are permitted. Please check with your local arena regarding its photography/video policy.
How can I get a photo of a skater?
Cast and skater photos are available for sale through the Stars on Ice online store. Photos are also available for sale at all figure skating shows.
