Please Read the Important Information Below Before Purchasing a Pre-Show Stargazer Pass.
- A ticket to the Stars on Ice show is required prior to purchasing a Stargazer pass. A Stargazer pass may only be used with a ticket to the show; a pass without a show ticket will not be allowed entry into the venue.
- All Stargazer sessions will be held prior to the show performance.
- A Stargazer pass does not provide any special privileges towards parking, merchandise, etc.
- Children aged 14 and under may not attend the Stargazer session without a parent/guardian. Both child and parent/guardian must have a pass to attend the Stargazer session. There is a limit of four children per adult/guardian.
- Stargazer passes are purchased the same way tickets are purchased, through the official ticket agency. When purchasing a show ticket, there is an option to purchase an add-on Stargazer pass. Once the show ticket and Stargazer pass have been purchased, both tickets will be sent electronically. The tickets will be scanned at the venue entrance upon arrival for the Preshow Stargazer session.
- A Stargazer pass provides early PRESHOW access to the venue to watch the skaters warm up on the ice, followed by a group Q&A with one or two of the cast members.
- Non-professional cameras are permitted into the Stargazer session for taking still photographs only. Video recording is not permitted. Facetime, Skype and any other means of communication with people not attending the Stargazer session is prohibited.
- Stargazer passes are non-refundable and may not be re-sold.
